This fee covers the process of transporting the pack from our warehouse to a separate yard, splitting the pack, and securely repacking your custom order onto a new crate, ready for dispatch.

We split packs by square meters, rather than by the number of individual slabs, particularly for mixed size packs. It’s important to note that the delivery cost for Split Packs remains the same as for full packs, as we utilize a third-party courier service for all deliveries.
